About ProNation
ProNation Healthcare Staffing is a clinician-owned and operated company serving Idaho, Eastern Oregon, and Eastern Washington. We provide healthcare organizations with Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Therapists (ST), Nurses (RN), and Allied Healthcare Professionals on a short or long-term basis.
Our History
ProNation was founded in 2007 with a single focus: to make an inflexible industry more flexible. Healthcare facilities and providers manage their caseload using the best data they can, but staffing needs rise and fall. Hiring additional full-time employees is not always possible.
Founder and CEO, Jim Johnson, a Physical Therapist, worked in management and frequently dealt with this kind of staffing issue. His own background as a traveling and PRN clinician allowed Jim to see both sides of the story, as someone who saw the challenges with staffing healthcare clinics and facilities as a manager and as an employee.
The result is a dynamic company designed to meet the specific needs of vendors and clinicians, optimizing and improving coverage options in improve and optimize coverage options in Idaho, Eastern Oregon, and Eastern Washington.
